NO RAITAS IN LIFE BUT YES IN OUR KITCHENS

Two things are great for your stomach, a good joke to laugh at and home made curd full of probiotics.

Recently at a wedding my uncle shared with me a hilarious thing he overheard, I still cant get over that joke, its been more than a week and I still laughing on that joke 🤣sometimes when I remember it my stomach hurts so bad sadly I cant share that joke here but one day will surely write it in some fiction story 😊

Since last few months I have stopped getting store bought flavoured yogurts and have started eating only home made raita.

All it takes is 5-10 minutes to make a simple raita. Imagine 10 minutes of less gossip less surfing into someone else’s profile and less online shopping and in those 10 minutes we are doing ourselves and our family a favour by eating right and living right.

Made this mogri raita as had got this fresh mogris from my sabji wala.

I hope everyone makes more raitas in their kitchen instead of making raitas in their lives 😜

RECIPE OF MOGRI RAITA

INGREDIENTS

100 grams of purple mogri chopped

1 finely chopped green chilies

2 tsp jeera powder

2 cups of home made curds

Salt to taste

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in the refrigerator.

Eat with your sabji and roti..
