Finally wedding season got over for us, back to ghar ke dal chawal.
Last day of the functions I announced to husband, “I am going to cook dal-chawal or kichadi for the next few days, tired to eating heavy food.”
Husband gladly agreed, thus this week is all about eating comfort and healthy food.
Dal chawal the ultimate dinner, lets break the myth
Dal full of protein
White rice full of good crabs and yes we need it to stay healthy, look good and make our brains work well.
And ghee best fat one can eat plus its an anti ageing food ( if I see a person looking older than his/her age, they might be thin but I can tell from his/ her sagging wrinkled skin that they don’t eat ghee)
Don’t go on my opinion, this is what Ms. Rujuta Diwaker says, firstly lets just accept the fact that she knows better than all of us.
