“I am intrinsically a terrible lazy person. If I don’t do anything all day long, I would be very happy. But I actually believe it’s the lazy people who are the most driven. You work to stop being you true lazy self.” – Nigella Lawson.
I so believe what she said…I too am extremely lazy, I can never do work like cleaning, cupboards, packing or organising things, but I have an inner drive to cook new things and click pictures in a creative way…this is what keeps me going, the challenge to take ever photograph better than the previous one..pushes me…
Ever since I was in college I would never study on a Saturday night even if I had the toughest exam on Monday. I never sleep early on a Saturday. Life was different before our baby, Saturday night would be an outing, dinner, clubbing or a movie. Right now I am generally at home on Saturday night. Our baby was fast asleep by 9.00 p.m., hubby was out to play poker. Watched all the television I could.
It was 1.00 p.m., still no signs of sleep, the empty kitchen without any disturbance was calling me..
Could not get over these cookies I had came across on a blog. Decided to bake these extremely easy cookies, they required only 5-7 minutes of bake time.
I got this recipe from a blog on worldpress, called food like cake. Attaching this recipe link below
Did something I love on Saturday night…had my own baking party..absolute satisfaction…
P.s. It is this drive that makes me do mad things…went to sleep happy and content 🙂
