It was time for Jal yatra, a procession which happens every year in Ahmedabad , I had decided few days back that I will go. Jal yatra marks the start of Rath Yatra. To carry on the tradition of Lord Jagarnaath, his elder brother Balram and sister Subadhra visiting their maternal uncle’s place, the idols shall be taken to Ranchodji Temple is Saraspur.
I had to leave home by 7.00 in the morning. I was feeling too tired and lazy to get ready, I was almost on the verge of backing out. Then I told myself, this is my passion, this is what I love to do…this is my journey towards excellence, it’s not about career or money it’s about creativity and passion…I need to start my outdoor shoots for my self..
Another reason to push my self was my baby, if he sees me following my passion and doing something I love, I m sure he will find his own passion in life…I won’t need to push him and I am sure he will figure out what he loves doing.
Thus finally went to the Jal yatra shoot with our rickshaw driver kalubhai, thanks for taking me and bringing me back in no time by driving zig zag through the traffic…….it was time to get out of my post maternal phase…I enjoyed shooting…It was nice to meet my teacher and my photography friends..
thanks mom for taking care of my baby and most special thanks to my baby for being such a good boy with grandma..
