INGREDIENTS::
1 packet boiled hakka noodles
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1 cup vegetable stock
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp chopped red chillies
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 cup sprouts
1 cup boiled noodles deep fried
1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced
1 /2 cup carrots thinly sliced
1 cup green onions chopped long
1/2 cup green beans chopped long
METHOD:
In a wok heat oil and add ginger, garlic and chilies, add all the vegetables, light and dark soy sauce, pepper powder, sprouts, stock, salt and let it cook. Make sure the vegitables are cruncy and not overcooked.
In a bowl take boiled noodles add the vegetables,deep fried noodles and schezwan sauce and serve.
TIP:
To make it spicy you can also add sriracha sauce. If vegitable stock is not available you can use 1 tbsp of maggie magic masala in 1 cup of water and add to the preparation.
