4 boiled Potatoes

1 tbsp of Jeera

1 whole green chili cut into round pieces

1 tbsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp dhanna jeera powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp amchur powder

2 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp vegitable oil

Salt to taste




In non stick pan take oil add jeera, once the color changes add green chilies. Switch off the gas.

Now add the red chili powder, dhanna jeera and haldi let it look in the residue heat, add the aloo and mix well.

Start the flame, add the garam masala and amchur powder and cook for a few minutes say about 2-4 minutes  so all the ingredients are cooked well and all the masala is coated well on the potatoes.

Do not over cook this sabji.
