This recipe is a substitute for regular bhel but is a low calorie version. Excellent evening snack! This is great for anyone who is trying to loose weight, or have eating restrictions or for kids who do not like cornflakes as it is.
INGREDIENTS:
1 small chopped onion
1 medium boiled potato chopped
1/4 cup raw green mango chopped
1 cup of corn flakes
3 cups puffed rice
2 tbsp amli khajur chutney
2 tbsp green coriander chutney
1 tbsp garlic chutney
chat masala (optional)
green or red chillies according to taste
salt according to taste
coriander leaves to garnish
METHORD:
Mix all the ingredients accordingly to your preference and serve immediately.
